New construction has its place, as a freeform, limitless canvas to bring ideas forward.  Updating an existing structure can provide huge cost savings, while executing a buidling design that the casual observer would never otherwise know had been a facelift.  I can do this because I understand the actual construction process, having contracted my own builds and retrofits numerous times, but also the structural limitations of an existing property.  Mountain Lake Sanctuary was no different and the results speak for themsleves.
